This looks awesome! I will see if I can participate by the August 8th deadline (that's my birthday! :D haha). Is there any rules for the dragon drawing? Can it be digital? Does it have to be colored? etc.

The only rule if you are competing for 1st or 2nd place is that it has to be visual art. It can be painting, digital, pixel, collage, clay and more. It doesn't even have to be with art materials, but having details is good to recognize the dragon. Your anime style is beautiful, followed :D Anime, chibi and similar is very welcome.
