Notice, also, the subtle point being made that the negative aspects of black culture actually stem from its destructive elements unconsciously adopting the negative stereotypes of actual racists (indicated by the fact that he's performing the minstrel dance, which is, arguably, the original form of black stereotype presented in modern visual media). So then the message seems to be that the destructive elements in the black community have allowed themselves to be convinced that being black both inherently causes and in and of itself excuses their destructive behavior. So then, on a deeper level, this is a message about a shared subjective experience, resulting in a kind of projected death wish.
