This feature would use custom JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), and would not affect the voting power of the users.
The dPoll administrators/moderators are already able to take down a poll from dPoll.
Of course, to remove rewards from a post, the users have to downvote, so that is another story, but at least the spam/scam/plagiarised/plagiarized poll's visibility would be significantly reduced by the removing them from dPoll.
But I don't have any specific about this in mind. I am not a developer.
