Maybe all of the 3 could go from time to time.
For example the reward method could change from day to day, or from week to week, or from month to month. Or something similar.
I especially like the "1 STEEM bounty on every selection poll to be distributed among all voters (certainly unequally - maybe based on additional comments) check out @steem-bounty to learn about the service."
This would encourage interaction and real, human comments, which nowadays are rare on Steemit and on the Steem blockchain.
