No, absolutely not. Or at least nowadays.

Nowadays I sometimes do not post anything for 7 (or even more) days.
Because I am so disappointed in the users. No matter what I do, what I try, what I post, what I write about, almost no one cares about my Steem blockchain blog posts.

The majority of the Steem blockchain users is focusing only on their own blog posts, and only a few users care about other people's blog posts.

Nowadays I rarely receive real, human comments under my Steem blockchain blog posts. Because of this nowadays I mostly only upvote (and comment under) other people's blog posts, and I rarely post blog posts. It is not worth it. Most of the users are selfish and greedy. They do not care about other people's blog posts.

But recently I still started to post more blog posts on the Steem blockchain, just/only to make the fact visible for the readers of my comments that almost (sometimes literally) no one cares about my blog posts. And I am obviously not alone. If you take a look at various bloggers on the Steem blockchain, you will find dozens of blog posts without real human comments.

The statistics are backing up my statements.

See this statistics posted by @penguinpablo. You can see that there are 59 675 posts in the first week of 2020, but the average number of comments is only 3.38.

@xplosive I know you are right and it is disappointing indeed. I try to comment on each post I read and do the same with my dpolls. I.believe it is important to show some responsibility. This is not just a quick post for me.

Some say the fact you are automatically upvoted is proof people care. It partly is but it is not always stimulating.

Each day I try to follow a certain tag, read and respond and comment. On some days I simply read each post I see in the row they show up. I am not picky if it comes to the subject. Even if it is not of my interest it can still be a good post.

I try to encourage the CCC members, those who join the contests, I try to leave a comment for those who use commentcoin because you use it for getting one but I am just one single person.

A person with a slow connection investing in many others who never take the time to visit me.
Is it worth it?

I have no idea. I honestly don't know. I am stubborn and proof too that no matter what I write there is hardly a comment.

They say there is a lack of writers but I believe there is a lack of readers, commenters. Investors can complain and leave Steem, but it is Steem and the investors who are the biggest reason why no one comments. They do not give a good example, they do not interact, do not care and spread posting = cash, that it is that what Steem is about. I only read the great stories (and contests) of the rich how Steem changed their life, they buy expensive stuff, pay their travels, rent, etc.

To be honest I believe the most active group you find back in the engagement league hosted by @abh12345 the rest indeed does not care about engaging, making this platform social not even if you reward them for it and that makes me think (but why should they if they get rewarded anyway and earn?)

You can join the ccc contests so I notice you easier. See @team-ccc.

Happy Sunday. ❤️
