Results of the poll: "Should advertising be used by steemit and other Steem front-ends as a way to get incomes and sustain the cost?"
7 day ago I launched a poll using dPoll on which the question was:
"Should advertising be used by steemit and other Steem front-ends as a way to get incomes and sustain the cost?"
The question has had a some attention and seems that, despite I was expecting more balanced results, there are more people in favor of using advertising as a mean to get more incomes and so overcome costs than people against it...
A total of 11 participants have been voted the poll, frankly I would prefer a greater sample in order to clearly state that this option MUST be take into consideration, however, I think advertising, despite I dislike it, is going to come soon or later...
Everybody can get an add blocker, or switch to a frontend app that is not using ads...
