Tron is fine. I've played around with it before [ both as a user and developer ], and I liked some of what it had to offer.

For me, personally, Steem still has a ton of advantages over it. I'd rather pay $3 in a one-time fee to own a Steem account with a clear, recognizable, customized, and easy to share username / address rather than get a bunch of garbled text thrown together as my wallet address and have to pay a fee for every transaction you wanna make.

Who knows what the future will hold for Tron, however. Say what you will about Justin Sun, but I believe he is, at the very least, determined to make Tron a serious product with a huge audience.

If he thinks coming after Steem is his best motive, then I would be very interested in seeing what happens to both platforms!
