Steemit is not a blockchain. Steemit is a dApp on the Steem blockchain.
I used Steemit in the past, but nowadays I do not use Steemit.

Multiple dApps on the Steem blockchain.
Mainly eSteem Surfer. You can download it on https://esteem.app/.
I also use Busy and SteemPeak.
