They didn't do too much advertising. ESteem is more known but both of them are legit apps, not scams. Bsteem is currently owned by Busy after they acquired the developers. But the mobile app, bsteem, sucks in performance. When I switched to Partiko it was like having put oil while using it, so smooth!
