Designing an impact assessment that is rigorous, feasible and relevant can be a challenging experience, although beneficial. Technical and operational criteria that at first may seem incompatible, must be reconciled and agreed to work together.
High impact / high feasibility, it's like finding water in the desert, these ideas are both scarce and valuable, and if you generate an idea like that, you should take the opportunity immediately.
Thanks for providing this. Cost-benefit-analysis would be indeed a great tool within the next step, deriving and assessing specific activities within the favorite field of action, such as "facilitating on boarding".

More towards the bottom of B than the center, but I think this represents it well. Might be nice if there were more grid boxes for more options, but that makes it much harder to create.
