Voted for A bot wants to get himself on a lower ranking to finish the daily quest and save RC..
They certainly are bots, as they are mostly playing quite many games all day long. My guess is that this way you don't need any fancy programming to battle, as you are fulfilling the game rules almost every time. And what is the bot loosing? He just wins sometimes against other bots and manages to get e nice rank in the end, just from playing a lot.
