which one is your favorite cryptocurrency exchange and why?

Your first step into the cryptocurrency world will most likely occur through an exchange, and now we do have a lot of them.
It will be great to see which one is your favorite one and why because like this we can learn about different exchanges that we never heard of or about different futures from one particular exchange that we were not aware of...
