The #wednesdayquickie and the 5-minute freewrite do not ask for many words. Just typing 10 minutes or 5 minutes. Some type fast, others slow. On a mobile phone you van not be fast either and if you need to think it takes time too. The ccc contests ask for 200+ words unless you post at least 3 photos.
I wonder... Why do you join a platform for writers if you do not like to write? You could use the tag for one of your posts and see what happens...
