I have just ran into an argument battle between my wife and me... and making an argument something useful it's all I am about...
So, for you girls and boys... let me know what in your view (because you actually felt) or in your relative guess (because you feel that's what it might be), is the worst intensive pain in the world for human beings?
I am not evaluating time here... just kind of spike pain... also, all bellow is assuming NO painkillers or anesthetics...
- Bad tooth pain?
- Child Labour pain?

Ok. you made your point... but still what looks like painful, sometimes is not that really. I know by experience... and I might even say, that here is more painful than this. =)

Giving birth
Actually and statistically speaking, the moment of birth of child is the least sensitive/painful moment, because mom is just over the charts thinking about pushing.
The moments before that are the worst moments... and that's why I listed child labor pain... but I now that I have seen I missed the birth word... (too late now) =) I am guessing you wanted to choose that one. Ups.. sorry for the mistake.
So child labour is not about children doing work. :) I wondered how that one came into this list, but I did not jump to the right conclusion, sorry. It is one of the expressions we did not learn at school. Now that I come to think of it, the english language found a pretty well fitting expression.

If the "wrong one" I am also into this one as one of the worst ones.
Yeah, unlike the others that last for a certain period of time, this pain is endless until the problem is fully addressed.
