Utopian.io is among one of top witnesses on the Steem blockchain.
I think the greatest thing about utopian is that is has the potential to unite many talents/nationalities (that would normally never work/talk together) to work together under one common goal.
This ability to unite them is even greater than ability to reward them. It will help them all to understand how little our differences are and give us the ability to change our world and our own perspective of those around us.
So please add one more item to the poll
Unite people under the idea of building something greater then themselves.
It is much better when people can be convinced by necessity to unite rather than the force of government.

It's about what you call success. From my perspective being more selective can lead Utopian to success by reaching professionals. To be able to reach and interest them Utopian should raise its quality and $$ bar. A few solid succesful work could lead to attract more.
