Will The Internet Die?
Some countries are building practically its own Internet for security or political reasons (Russia, China). Others are blocking some sites or are disconnecting the services in case of protests or uprisings (Turkey, Egypt, Venezuela). In others, only a few people have access (North Corea).
The Internet is “the global system of interconnected computer networks that use the Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to link devices worldwide” – wrote Wikipedia. If Russia, China, and others make its own internet or are cutting their people off from other parts of the world, the Internet will not be global anymore.
Will the end of the Internet come we know it today? Or people will fight for internet freedom and win?

- Many years of Internet World War will begin for the control of the Internet.
- All restrictions will be overcome or circumvent.
- There will be many Internets in many countries and it will be difficult to visit others.
- We will need “personal internet passports” and all our moves will be registered.
- Blockchain is the answer.

What if VPN-s are forbidden?
I have yet to see an effective way to ban VPN use.
The internet has been decentralized since the beginning, therefore any place that had it is sorta "infected" by it.
If they wanted full censorship, I think they would have to tear down their towers, wires, and infrastructure and build an entirely new internet-type setup.
Possible, and scary, so let's hope it never gets to that 😓
