How much reward do you consider fair for your work?
I wrote a post about the reward system on Steem blockchain and about why, in my opinion, so many people leave Steem early, here. Also discussing average earnings in different countries. Let’s suppose you are working hard and producing a valuable post for Steemit or another similar page, in 60 minutes. In some popular theme, like Steem, life, cryptos.
How much do you think would be fair to earn with upvotes or any other way for this post? (In US dollar terms; 1 USD= 0.876 EUR, or 1 EUR=1.141 USD.)

I don't even deserve that...
I feel if i am to spend days or weeks composing a valuable quality post on steemit, i should be voted around 10-15 USD for my effort and this will also encourage me a lot. But i did not really undeestand why people are leaving steemit
There is no correct answer to this. it really depends on the content and consumer.
I expect a higher reward if there is a huge demand for it.
If a consumer learns to be responsible and understand that those good content got cost to cover , they would have willing give more for those good content creator . If they are not willing to give , they better not expect any good content in future or blame the content creator for going to another site that charge people . Steemit is giving people the responsibility to pay their favourite content creator responsibly . What happen now is people got too greedy and try to get free content while enriching themselve by selling vote.

I look at it like I post tons of stuff online for no payment so any reward at all is worth it. Also you can only say how much you made on a blog when you cash the steem out, if you hold it the dollar it was worth today could be 5 dollars in 2 years...
And also 5 cents. We shall not mix the ideas of the investment and the work. I asked what is should be worth if we consider it work.
