Hey everyone, since @aggroed and @yabapmatt were at the NFT.NYC event in New York all day today promoting the game, we forgot to end the power up promotion! As a result we will leave it running until tomorrow at around 12 PM EST, so that leaves about 15 hours left to take advantage of the promotion before it ends!
This is also a cool way to get your friends into crypto from fiat without going through exchanges and fees....... and they'd just be paying for a video game :)

I bought the Starter Set from https://steemmonsters.com on 2018.12.30 for 36.408 Steem. @steemmonsters powered up 3.641 Steem to my account. I wrote a blog post about it on the same day:
Today (2018.12.30) I bought the Steem Monsters Beta Starter Set, and I immediately started playing - My first 11 Steem Monsters matches.
You can see how much I invested and I how much I saved in Steem Monsters/Splinterlands from the above mentioned date until 2020.02.15 in this comment.
But nowadays I do not (or at least rarely) play Steem Monsters/Splinterlands.
