Has separate downvoting pool helped growing of Steemit to any extent?
Greetings Steemians!
After HF21 a separate pool for downvotes were introduced. So, it means one can downvote other user easily without affecting one's profit. Has it solved the problems related to Steem as a blog and social media platform? Has it done any positive for this platform? I doubt it. In fact, it has created more problems. Now, downvoting power is freely being abused. I myself is receiving downvotes on my posts from some naughty accounts which were created not more than a few months ago. These accounts were solely created for the downvoting purpose. I was not affected by them but, certainly it creates a sense of uneasiness. However, my opinion may be wrong. What do you think?
