Leadership is, and always will be, the greatest challenge and risk in our various endeavors. Not because they're centralized, nor because they're bad. Only because leaders are human.
The Worker Proposal System is a great idea. And so far I am all for it! I, like many others, am inclined to see this come from a modest redistribution of existing rewards pool rather than the minting of new SBD—to which so far @blocktrades seems perfectly amenable in the proposal.
