1/ If by that you mean winning contest several times in a row, then yes. First wins.

2/ For now, the rules applies to the pudge arcana contest (March 27th > April 11th), it will obviously not be the same for immortals 😜, I'm going to see how it goes for this one, and adjust the rules/contest for the future ones!
