Gentleman this is the question I wanted to answer, I was waiting for weeks.

There are few new Ideas I have but as per rule I have to restricts myself but no problem I think this is the best which will suit here...

1.**Tally contest ** - In it you have ask people to write some specific comment regarding some question that 'll be interesting and easier to sense ideology of other fellow friend.

And when you pick someone then ask people to guess which was picked by you. That's another contest, the first to guess will be winner and the one you picked up will be winner of course.
