Doodle: Tawilis

I have read about the possibility of this tawilis sardines fish going extinct and here we are having it as a drawing prompt for this contest by @steempampanga. Maybe I had eaten one when we were still living in the Philippines but looking at the photo online this is not the kind of fish that my mom would serve us growing up I think that is because this fish is only found in Taal Lake Batangas which is quite far from us.

My drawing shows a container filled with tawilis fish I was imagining this is how they would look in the fish market back in the province or fresh from the catch. I do hope I was able to draw the right kind of fish with this quick doodle I made before going to work this morning.
