Favorite Finger Food
It is not only during Chinese New Year that I get to eat a spring roll. I can have them any time of the year any season and occasion. This has been a regular part of the community food especially when there is a small gathering or even big ones. It is for certain that one household have one in their table. In my case, I prefer to have them made beforehand and stock them on the fridge so that it would be easier for me to cook whenever I am craving for something that is quick and filling.
