My friend, name Shamsher Rahman.We study in Public Administration at Begum Rokeya University,Rangpur,Bangladesh.
He is a briliant student.
But he belongs to a poor family.His father is a
Rickshaw puller & his mother is a day labour.
He dose not able to continue his study because he has no ability to pay the cost of study.
This year a flood attacked in our country & they lost their house !!
We collect some donation to repair their house but its not enough.
If he get the laptop & training he can earn from steemit & he will develop him & his family !!
