It's actually the really high powered spotlights that sporting events and things like that have,... the beams that go way into the sky... Looks like they're just setting up the rotating spotlights thing... they spin in patterns,... I'll try to find a pic or vid of em UFO Fleet making patterns over Philadelphia Pa.Huge!
