A person who is memory repressed must have a chip, right? Can the chips only be implanted with the patient being unconscious and in a hospital? My thinking is that it must also be done when the parents are not in the room. Is there anyway to narrow down when and where a person got chipped?Also, I know the Vrill consume human blood.
