Phil Chuppa shared photo....The New Jersey Democratic State Committee will meet up to consider approval of a bill that would EXPAND the newly state's DNA database to include DNA samples of juveniles convicted of 'disorderly persons offenses', which can include shoplifting, prostitution, domestic violence, name calling on youtube and other drug related offense. The meeting will be held Thursday June 19, 2014 at 10:30am in the Committee Room 10, 3rd Floor of the State House Annex, Trenton, NJ.History of the DNA database. The "DNA Database and Databank Act of 1994," P.L.1994, c.136 (C.53:1-20.17 et seq.), was amended by P.L.2003, c.183 to expand the DNA database to include blood or biological samples from adults and juveniles found guilty of, adjudicated delinquent for, or found not guilty by reason of insanity of a crime of the first, second, third, or fourth degree. Prior to this law, the database contained DNA samples from these persons if they were convicted of, adjudicated delinquent for, or found not guilty by reason of insanity of certain violent crimes, such as murder, manslaughter and kidnapping and sex offenses. All the reports reference a series of videos and pictures released by “Isis”.However, it would appear that someone who did the photos from “Isis” forgot to add a new layer in photoshop when adding “dead” bodies .Look at the men in the grey and black striped shirts… look at the mans belt for the blue brush error, look at the shirts photo cut and paste mismatch… blue added multiple times in other picture as well.Whoops! Propaganda caught red handed. Meaning the bodies (at least at the bottom) are added in or altered .. meaning fakery is at work here ….In case you missed it.... several of the 'Isis execution' pictures have been photoshopped !!!!!!!
