Hello to all of you today I would like to introduce to you a very potential project called Dominium. This project is the highly ICO page

Part 1: WHO WE ARE

Dominium is being developed by a group of real estate professionals with industry experience dating back to 1833. We run property portfolios, funds, and developments and have hundreds of millions of euros of assets under management. We have been looking at blockchain technology since 2012 and have self-funded the initial development of the Dominium platform. We are committing our capital, expertise, and property to Dominium with the transfer of several million euros worth of real estate assets from the founders' companies to Dominium.

Part 2: WHAT WE DO

Dominium is being developed by industry professionals as a tool to improve services to their existing and future clients, having identified weaknesses in their own market. Using third generation blockchain technology to modernize one of the most established yet antiquated industries in the world, Dominium is an international platform on which regulatory documentation for property funding is standardized, and assets are placed on the blockchain alongside property sales, rentals, and management.

Part 3: HOW WE DO IT

The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor child chain which evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain. The Dominium child chain decentralizes the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain. Dominium will obtain the required regulatory licenses to allow standardized legal templates for property funding to be created. This allows companies to create regulatory-compliant assets, which can be purchased by the Dominium account holders. As the assets are created on the blockchain they will, of course, be 100% transparent and liquid. Moreover, Dominium is underwritten by a portfolio of property assets generating an income and ensuring the future development and maintenance of the platform.

Part4: THE SOLUTION

By placing property finance, listings and property management on the blockchain and by providing a multi-lingual platform with standardized regulatory compliant documentation, the market is opened to multiple nationalities, affordability levels, and listing agents. Real estate finance, management, and trade are thus facilitated and simplified.

Part 5: Road Map

    Blockchain technology reaches maturity required to launch a regulated platform for property financing.
    Financial Holding Company incorporated in the Netherlands for first Max Property Group property funds.
    Founders' money used to prove financial model by buying, renovating and renting out apartments in Rotterdam.

  • Q2: 2016
    Max Property Group website developed and translated into three languages (English, Dutch, and German).

  • Q3: 2016
    Regulatory compliant prospectus for first Dutch property fund completed.

  • Q4: 2016
    Max Property Group Netherland goes live and is fully subscribed within the set time frame.

  • Q2: 2017
    Regulatory compliant documentation for Max Property Group Germany and the United Kingdom completed.

  • Q4: 2017
    Max Property Group Germany and the United Kingdom launched (currently raising funds).
    Dominium team appointed, technology selected, and development team contracted.

  • Q1: 2018
    Platform development started, website designed, and referral program created.
    Private funding round closed to pay for initial platform development.
    Initial Financial Holding Company name changed to Dominium B.V.

  • Q2: 2018
    Finalize English version of Platform and initiate pre-ITO and ITO rounds.

  • YR: 2018
    Purchase property in NL, DE, and the UK, migrate all MPG assets to the platform, finalize beta-testing of all functionalities.

  • YR: 2019
    Finalize standardized regulatory docuthe ments, obtain required licenses and open platform to third-party asset creators and property listers.

Part 6: Token sales

To develop a fully functioning platform, Dominium will rum an Initial Token offering (ITO) and sale of DOM tokens which will raise funds to support the platform so that it can provide a legally bound platform for property related funding and asset creators. The DOM tokens are utility tokens and hence can be used to make transactions such as trading assets, the creation of assets, the listing of properties, renting properties, registering a purchase agreement, the creation of support tickets and voting for charities.

Be one of the early adopters of Dominium and you will never regret it because Dominium is not merely a blockchain technology under development but a business with existing assets, business model and an experienced working team.

All DOM tokens collected on DOMINIUM and acquired via the buy-back program will be collected in a multi-signatory account, of which the company supervisor, Confidence, will be a signatory. These tokens will, therefore, be taken out of circulation upon deposit in the account and will be burned (destroyed) every year, or as required. Token burns will be audited and publicly announced.

This makes the DOM token one of the few tokens with a diminishing supply!!!

BUY-BACK PROGRAM
Dominium’s token buy-back program ensures token value is maintained regardless of cryptocurrency market fluctuations or platform performance. This, in turn, will have a stabilizing effect on the DOM token, much like gold-backed tokens (DGD) or currency backed tokens (USDT).

The income generated by the platform and Dominium B.V. will be used to buy back the tokens regularly, which will ensure a steady demand for the token.
