SAY NO TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
I worry about my generation , how we haven’t learnt from our parents and past occurred events. In a world where so much information and awareness is being made about domestic violence, a 24years old DANRY VÁSQUEZ Venezuela professional baseball outfielder was seen in the cctv footage below abusing his girlfriend.
From the footage you can tell she is used to such events occurring. Dear queens no condition or situation should you allow an animal (I said animal because a man with sense won’t do such) treat you like you’re worthless to the extent of hitting you. Let nothing stop you from crying out for help, say no to being silenced with money or threats. Remember your life is more important than anything you have going on with the other person. Overtime women have constantly been victims of abuse, some are ashamed or scared to stand for themselves or report which is a bad decision to go by.
Any woman can experience domestic abuse regardless of race,sexuality, religious group. Imagine how long danry’s Girlfriend would have to keep up with an animal if there wasn’t a leaked footage. As men we should do better in protecting and making women safe, you can’t be my friend if you abuse women or see violence as an option in making your voice heard, expressing your anger or handling terrible situations. We should educate the younger ones on the importance of speaking up when abused and also not to abuse others. Domestic abuse is becoming a generation thing now, whereby a kid who grew up seeing is mother been abused think it’s a normal way of correcting women hereby also opting for the method when he finally gets into a relationship or marriage.
I feel so much pain watching that video she could have been my cousin, sister or mother, no man who engages in such behavior deserves to be free, if you see such happening around you report it to the appropriate authorities. I have seen cases of abuse that has lead to permanent deformities, mental disorder even death. Please speak, cry for help do not be blinded by love, love doesn’t hurt nor abuse. You deserve all the joy and happiness the world has to offer. And to men who derive joy in hurting women you need to cut that crap now (I pray you get killed or jailed). All women deserve love and care, proper glow up and a clear skin. #SAYNOTODOMESTICABUSE
This video is disturbing, the guy is an eiptome of stupidity, he should be jailed, what ould have transpired between them that accounts for such violence.
Sadly too many unreported stories and events like this occur daily around the world.
I hope the District Attorney decides to press charges even if she doesn't.
Unfortunately, some attorneys will only do the right thing if it helps their pocketbooks or furthers their career. On the other hand, there might be statutes or jurisdictional issues that may prevent the DA from pressing charges.
Loopholes in the legal system need to be reduced and removed so good attorneys who want to do the right thing - CAN.
