Some good names on this weeks list along with a few that didn't quite make it. I mention one that I like for nostalgic reasons that barely missed the top 20 below. Anyway, here's the Top 20 Domain Name Sales For Last Week that have been recorded by namebio.com

These top 20 sales have a combined total of $224,126 dollars making the average sale price $11,206 dollars.
Domains with History
Out of 20 domain names, there is only one domain from the list today that had a sales history recorded at namebio. I'm not sure if that means that the bulk of this list are newly acquired dropped domains or if perhaps we're just seeing a list full of unreported sales. Either way, it's interesting.
Number 2 on the list (directbooks.com) has a recorded sales history. It sold for $410 dollars on September 30th, 2004 at SnapNames. That's a gain of $19,590 dollars in 14 years. Not a bad gain, but this one took some patience to get there.
About the Names
Today's list breaks down to 13 .com domains, 3 .io domains, 2 .org domains, 1 .in and 1 .direct domain. Some variety but .com still owning 65% of the list. I think that .io having 3 spots is a display of confidence by investors. Dot IO domains continue to sell well in the tech and crypto space. No surprise to see a few .org domains, and a country code like .in make the list. The big surprise is the new gTLD, number 14 on the list Smile.Direct at a sale price of $7,018 dollars.
I like a few names on this weeks list. Some of my favorites from this week include, jt.org, shop.io, skymind.com and greengroup.com. Also what would have been number 21 on the list I quite like, despite it being something that is going extinct... the domain, supermall.com.
