Wow, we had a huge domain sale yesterday happen on Flippa. No surprise it's number 1 on the list and it's going to skew the average price big time. Strength.com is a massive domain and it's sale price grabbed 6 figures with ease. Even at the price it sold for, I could see it selling for more. I think there is still a little bit of room to go up to the right buyer. The price is up high enough though to have been sold to an end user.
Pulling up the domain in a browser, we can see that there is already an online supplement store in place on the domain and according to archive.org the store has been in place for at least a year. This tells us that not only did the domain sell, but likely the whole online business.
The new owner could have purchased to keep the store running or perhaps they just wanted the domain. These are interesting sales to watch and see what happens with a new owner. Time will tell...

About the Names
Today's list breaks down to 9 .com domains and 1 .ai domain. It looks like number 2 on the list (dtgo.com) sold to an end user. The obvious favorite is number 1 (strength.com) so for fun I'll ignore that domain and pick my next favorite. My next favorite name is actually the last on on the list (paax.com). I have had success with domains ending with an 'x' before. It seems to be a likable letter at the end and I like that this domain is pronounceable as pax. It seems very brandable to me and I like that it's a .com. If hope.ai would have been .co or .io that probably would have been my other pick.
