A domain that is a common word (or words) and has a common spelling that is easy to type and remember is going to cost more, that's exactly what happen to Files.com. It seems that the website still not officially launched yet.

Based on Estibot data, keyword "Files" is one of the most searched and most expensive keywords on Google.
