Dominium is a decentralised, regulated, property financing, property listing, and property management platform. It is an international platform on which regulatory documentation for property funding is standardised and assets are placed on the blockchain alongside property sales, rentals, and management. The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor child chain. This child chain decentralises the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks, and more on the blockchain. After obtaining the required regulatory licenses, this will allow companies to create regulatory compliant assets, with standardised documentation (provided by Dominium's legal teams), which can be purchased by the Dominium account holders.

Real Estate Investment

There are multiple ways to invest in real estate. The main investment type is the simple purchase of a house or condo to use as a rental property. However, there are additional types of real estate investments.

TOKEN USAGE AND VALUE: DOM Tokens is the payment unit on the platform. It is used for activities such as the creation and trading of assets, listing a property for sale and for renting, renting and buying a lease e.t.c.
Aside from tokens for payment in the platform, which will increase its value, how many people use the platform for real estate activities. The project also has two new ways to increase the value of the token. The first is the annual token burn, which is audited and publicly announced, and the second is its buyback program, which ensures that the token value is maintained regardless of the market fluctuations of the cryptocurrencies. Income generated by the platform is used to periodically buy back tokens, ensuring a steady demand for the token.

INITIAL TOKEN OFFERING(ITO): Dominium is not a equity token but an utility token. Token name is DOM and will be used to pay for all activities on the Dominium platform like Creation of Assets, Trading of Assets etc. Token burn will make the DOM token one of the few tokens with a steady demand and diminishing supply, ensuring the value of the tokens moving forward.
