DOLLAR FALL

Today the dollar closed down for the second time in a row in the month, reaching a drop of 3.63%, being quoted at R$ 4.874. This year is the second biggest drop recorded since March 25 when it fell 5.35%. The Ibovespa index closed up 1.39%. The Brazilian market shows signs of life again in the first half of the year.
