DIY - ♻️ box with plastic bottle ♻️

We hear a lot about recycling, about its benefits for the planet, but little is taken into account.

That's why I'll bring you several options to recycle things we have at home that we usually throw away, and we can give them another use that will benefit us all at home, whether it's to order our home, give a gift, among others.

Let's take care of the planet, that's why I invite you to think for a moment what else you can do with it before you throw something away.

Today I'll show you a box we can make out of a plastic soda bottle. Super easy to make, we won't need a lot of materials. And we can fill it with whatever we want: jeweler, to give a gift, cotillion, birthday invitation (I used it in my eldest daughter's first year, her birthday was of sea animals, so I filled it with a little sand, some sea shells and a sheet with the invitation), finally.... We can put it to any use we want. Enjoy the steps and let your imagination run wild.

Step by step

♻️We cut our bottle where the label begins. (Where I show you below)

♻️The same bottle has some divisions which will help us to make the vertical cuts (5 tabs cut), these cuts will be up to the curve of the bottle, as follows:

♻️We round the edges of each tab.

♻️We lower each of the tabs as follows:

♻️We fill and decorate to our taste.
