Please help Tigger, my dog

This is Tigger, he’s 14 years old and recently he has been peeing blood and a part of his mouth is swollen. We were able to take him to the vet but now we don’t have enough money for the meds. It’s really, really expensive (I live in Venezuela, everything here is super expensive and almost every week the prices rise). He has two tumors: one in his mouth and it’s big, the other one in his bladder. The doctor said they can’t do anything about them. He is too old :( All we can do is make it less painful. The other thing is that he has Ehrlichiosis, is a tick-borne disease. He needs long time treatment but we can’t even afford the shots.

We want to make him feel better and make things a little bit easy for him. That's all we can do now.
