I also have to say that I cannot fathom how anybody could just throw away such bundles of cuteness!!!! but the sad reality is, there ARE people like that in this world - ALL OVER!
We have a lot of it here, with dogs and cats. There is actually a local vet chain store that does local sterilization clinics all around our region and sometimes the sterilizations run into the thousands!
They take care of dogs, cats, donkeys, horses and other farm animals - as we have a lot of those which roam around unattended in the rural areas too.
All of the clinics are funded by the customers of their vet shops - so people give donations in R50 increments.
I think what you do is really wonderful and it is always nice to be reminded that there are still some truly good people on this planet xxx
That is great that the vet in your area does this. I wish more of them here would do that. The fact of the matter is that sterilization are extremely simple operations and are considered rudimentary procedures than any semi-competent vet can perform in a matter of minutes. Any place that charges a large fee for this should be ashamed of themselves. I love that it is done with donations where you are.
