Ticks are very nasty, and my buddies infestation could have been causing him a health problems. I was told by the Vet that he might even been a bit anemic due to all the ticks drawing blood from him.
Yeah, the method I used to name my buddy "Karl" is just the best way I can think of... It's funny to watch people's expression when I tell them his name. But, it does fit my fuzzy buddy so well and he seems to like it. I'll talk more about his name as the series goes on.
