Once a Lap Dog...
She used to be tiny, and fall asleep on our laps. This was Nala when we first brought her home 2 years ago, sleeping on my lap. The cutest, cuddliest puppy ever!
She's always been up off fthe floor, with us on the couch or bed. She's part of the family, and thinks she's a human.
She's a lot bigger now. A LOT bigger, but is still the cuddliest, big lap dog ever. She just loves the human contact, and we love her cuddles too.
Once a lap dog, always a lap dog. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Mine still thinks he can fit in my lap too. He's not allowed on the couch but we make it work if I'm on the floor XD

Oh. I love her and love that she still gets to be a lap dog.
I have never understood families that keep their dogs outside always or who don’t let them up on the furniture.
