Dog is a man's best friend. Yet some of them are more gentle and polite then others. Here is my top 10 human-friendly races.

Hey everyone. I would like to show you a list I created of most, in my opinion, human-friendly races of dogs. Hope you enjoy it!

#10 Bulldog

It has a cheerful and patient disposition. It doesn't require a lot of movement, so is well adjusted to live in a flat. They are always eager to play with both adults and kids but at the same time are not too loud. Those dogs are very friendly to people and don't show hostility towards other dogs.

#9 Beagle

Initially beagles were bred for hunting, so the dog is very active. If you have kids at house they are perfect for you!. They are very smart and curious, always full of energy. Their hair is very short and don't require a lot of upkeep.

#8 Bull Terrier

A great pet for anyone living single lifestyle, but not only! Overally friendly towards adults and kids.

#7 Collie

If you thinking about getting a dog I recommend you getting a Collie. Gentle soul, virtually never shows signs of aggresion. It doesn't trust strangers and is willing to play or do what you ask him to. Those dogs really like their space so they are best suited in the country, but it's not that terrible to get them to flat. It hates being lonely and creates close bond with it's master. Don't forget Lassie.

#6 Newfoundland

Very laid back and somewhat lazy but nevertheless very adorable! They are delicate and friendly. Good pet for your household, gets along well with other dogs.

#5 Irish Setter

Another great dog for family. Those dogs are very inteligent and will stay loyal to their masters if treated well. If not they are willing to run away. They are very lively, needs to run quite a lot. They are very nice to have around children.

#4 Poodle

Very adorable race, espacially suited for anyone with allergies because their hair don't trigger them. A perfect kid's friend.

#3 German Shepherd Dog

Most popular race in the world and my favourite. He is very loyal and obedient. They are strong and very protective of their masters. They love kids. I don't think they should be kept in flats though. One downside - their wet hair smells really bad.

#2 Labrador Retriever

Beautiful race. They love to play catch and fetch and are very gentle towards kids. Needs a lot of human contact.

#1 Golden Retriever

Intelligent, obedient and gentle. They get very attached to their masters. They need a lot of human contact so they are perfect dogs for older people, but not only.
