Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 49: Back to that LI grind...
Here is today's vlog! It's a twofer today, as we get back on track after our weekend sans interwebz. Murder Dog and I made our way back to Long Island yesterday after our peaceful weekend in the Moshannon State Forest. Once we made it through all the traffic, the first order of business was to hit up the laundromat to take care of our dust issue. Once that was finished, we headed off to our usual stealth camping spot for the night.
In the morning, we woke up early to some smothering New York heat. After a quick trip to the dog park, we had to head off to the vet (yet again), as Murder Dog has been having some issues that I wanted to stay on top of. She seems to be okay but I do need to keep an eye on the old girl. This vanarchy thing would be a lot more lonely without my trusty co-pilot...

I'm a Dog guy. Always have been, always will be. I'm wondering if you'll do a cross-country trip?
I have been tempted to do so. I am hesitant only because I don't want to be away from my kids for that long. With all the people I know and would like to see along the way, I would need at least a month on the road to make it feel worthwhile. I'm not sure that they would be ready to embark on such an adventure yet, , so it would be difficult at this juncture. I would like to find a way to make such a trip happen, though.
