Lock Down Fucks Up Dogging in the UK

Now into week seven of Covid19 lock down in the UK and a pastime that has seen a major reduction is "dogging" for those that don't know dogging is a British term........essentially for meeting up with strangers in secluded but public places and having sex. It's quite a voyeuristic activity with men often just watching and masturbating.
Husbands will often go along with their wives and allow other men to fuck them, videoing on mobile phones and sharing is also a common part of UK Dogging.
It's also totally legal, so long as you don't offend anyone, which basically means don't get caught. But like so many other things these days it's not possible to partake of this outdoor fun.
Although many husbands and wives and people who live together have been using their daily hour exercise to jump in the bushes for a quickie. I suppose if you were more than two meters away a passer by could also knock out a quick wank if they wanted to watch.
That wouldn't be illegal would it ?
