Time is a relative thing. Hard to predict it spot on. Things will pick up again. And I think that in a sense the activity on the EOS blockchain will be related to the time scale of Cryptos picking back up from where they left off.
Yet not until the purgening is done. This might take until july 2018 and then some. It should be clear though by the autumn of this year.
