Questions About Dogecoin/Dogetherum Hardfork And Suitable Wallet

There is a Dogecoin Hardfork planned for sometime in the fall of 2018. The new coin will be called Dogethereum (DOGX). The wallet that I have been using for my Dogecoin is the Doughwallet but it is being phased out. At this time I can no longer recieve payments but the coins are still there and I can send.

My primary question is, What is a good alternative wallet that will also be good when the fork happens? I really think the new Dogethereum (DOGX) will do well and I don't want to miss out on the opportunity. I would appreciate any suggestions.
