Set up your mining!
Using your DogeMiners account, you can generate some links to mine with.

You can stop here and mine using those links, or keep going to maximize profits.
Set up your referral link
Using 1ink, paste your heavy mining link and shorten it.
Then, use https://www.tny.im/ to shorten it to a 3 letter short link.
Raffle something
Start a new giveaway for whatever item you want to raffle. It must be a desirable item or service, or people won't bother. In the "Ways to enter" tab, select Visit a page, and type something like "Click through the intermediary page, and stay on "Mining" for 10 seconds or more. The longer you stay, the better chances you have to win." Make it known that you will be able to tell if they stay or not.
