Dogecoin Foundation Is Back With A Vengeance!

It seemed like Elon Musk is going all out in his support for our favorite Dogecoin. Not only did he revived the Dogecoin Foundation, he is even making, the co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin tag along for the ride.

This move actually didn't come as a surprise to many considering that Elon Musk hold a significant amount of DOGE and is an avid supporter of the popular meme coin. What's surprising though was Vitalik Buterin's involvement in the project. Or maybe that's just how appealing Dogecoin is and I really shouldn't be surprised anymore?

If that's how things are now, I guess we should all stop seeing Dogecoin as a mere meme coin and start taking it seriously. For all we know it could become a serious contender to popular altcoins like LTC, BTC, XRP, etc.

And considering that it's a very practical cryptocurrency as it is faster, and cheaper in comparison to Bitcoin, there's a possibility that it could even become the cryptocurrency of choice of many online merchants.

Yeah, despite its reputation as a meme coin, it's usefulness and practicality trumps Bitcoin and majority of altcoins out there. And now that it's getting this much attention and support from several famous people in the industry, Dogecoin's future seemed surprisingly bright.
