Meet Penny my dog. She is a Lowchen. Say you never heard of one well Freeway on Hart to Hart was one.

Now meet Jerry he is an African grey Parrot. He does talk but very quietly he is great at sounds and whistling. We had a female parrot named Gabby a great talker but she died a few months ago from a respiratory infection which also infected Jerry whom spent 6 days at the animal hospital but he seems to be back to his old self. Oh yeah they are over 20 years old.
