DnW Poetry Contest #1: Beginnings
Beginnings by Stephen Martin
When I think of beginnings
I think of unrestrained creativity
That pours like Aquarian gold
Onto the collective hive.
It is kind of like sinning
Where the contrasted nativity
Makes youth of the old
On a long, winding drive.
So this time the money is spinning
And loses its inherent depravity
So no longer will mold
Be able to thrive.
This time, time is winning
Surpassing all brevity
Forging into the fold
Crypto, current and live.
