Isolate your DNA

Hello everybody, today I want to show you how you can isolate your DNA within 5 minutes.

The result will look like this:

The „bubbles/strings“ are your DNA.

What do you need:

-saltwater
-dish detergent
-test tube
-methylated spirit

Step 1: Fill the test tube with the dish detergent (1/3)
Step 2: Take 2 teaspoons of saltwater in your mouth for 30-40 seconds.
Step 3: Spit the saltwater in the test tube and mix it very carefully (no soap bubbles).
Step 3: Fill the rest of the test tube with methylated spirit. (DONT mix it)
Step 4: The DNA will now be in the methylated spirit, wait ~5 minutes for that process.

You have successfully isolated your DNA, be proud of you.
